HOME Loan Plus Program Gives up to $14,999 for Down Payment! 
The Mississippi Development Authority Community Services Division has provided Mississippi Home Corporation with HOME funds to provide grants up to $14,999 to qualified low income individuals to go toward the purchase of their home. The funds available for this grant are approximately $1.6 million and they are available to first-time homebuyers as well as current home owners. The funds can be used for help with down payments and closing costs.

The bond money now available through MS Home Corporation can not only be used with FHA, but also VA, Rural Development and Conventional Loans. It can help with anything from Origination fees to closing costs and also down payment assistance.
