Arbor Landing
Welcome to Arbor Landing, a new traditional neighborhood on the Ross Barnett Reservoir. ETE Developers has taken great care to make the most of this special setting on the big water, emphasizing the pedestrian and outdoor experience, and planning for a variety of residential products and amenities that we hope you will want to make your own. In addition to access to award winning area schools and the 33,000 acre lake, Arbor Landing will include new marina facilities, 44 waterfront townhomes, and waterfront mixed-use buildings with retail, office and live/work space, and a proposed fresh market.
After an intense planning charrette and a winning design proposal to the reservoir development authorities in April and May of 2006, nearly 100 acres of lakefront property have been secured off of Fannin Landing Circle, and infrastructure for Phase I of the project is now underway. We will introduce you to the ten select builders who will be building the houses for Phase I, and keep you informed on the development progress. Covenants and architectural guidelines are currently being refined by the design team.
Our website will grow as these elements are released to the public, and construction will begin in 2007, so stay tuned, and come back to see us.
